Trailer air-brake relay valve replacement
A worn, leaking valve was replaced with a new unit, fresh air lines and fittings—then the brake system was tested for proper operation.

The trailer came in with an air-brake valve problem that needed attention before it could safely return to work. We removed the old relay valve and installed a new replacement using fresh air lines and fittings.
A relay valve helps move air quickly from the trailer reservoir to the brake chambers when the brakes are applied. A leaking or slow valve can cause air loss, delayed brake response and unnecessary downtime.
Once the installation was complete, the air system was pressurized and checked for leaks and proper brake operation. The trailer left with a clean installation and a dependable air system ready to get back on the road.
